Injection Moulding Services in Perth
Production-grade plastic components with consistent quality and tight tolerances.
Short-run tooling through to full production volumes.
What We Offer
Precision Injection Moulding for Consistent, Repeatable Parts
Injection moulding is the most cost-effective method for producing consistent, repeatable plastic components at scale. Vertex Manufacturing supports the full pathway from part design through to tooling and production, with design for manufacture (DFM) guidance included as part of every engagement.
Injection moulding produces parts with superior surface finish, tight dimensional tolerances, and consistent mechanical properties compared to other plastic manufacturing methods. It is the appropriate choice when part quality, repeatability, and production volume are the priority.
We work with clients at all stages, from those with a finalised CAD file ready for tooling, to those still developing the part design. If your part does not yet exist in CAD, our design and engineering service can take you from concept to production-ready file before tooling commences.

How It Works
How It WorksOur Process
A straightforward process from enquiry to finished part, with clear communication at every stage.
01
Submit Your Enquiry
Send your CAD file, sketch, or part description. Physical samples can also be sent for reverse engineering.
02
DFM Review and Quote
We assess your design for mouldability and advise on modifications where required. Quote issued covering tooling and production run.
03
Tooling
Mould tool manufactured to your approved design. Timeline varies by part complexity. Generally, we can have this completed within the same day.
04
First Article and Approval
Sample parts produced from the tool and submitted for your review and dimensional approval before production commences.
05
Production and Delivery
Full production run completed and dispatched or collected.
