We refer to this collectively as “Quote Tool Information.” We also automatically collect your IP address and browser user agent at the point of calculation, before any contact details are provided, for the purpose of preventing automated or abusive use of the tool.

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information about your device and browsing behaviour, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the source that referred you to our site. We collect this information using cookies, log files, and analytics tools. We refer to this as “Device Information.”

How We Use Your Information

We use Enquiry Information to respond to your enquiry, assess your project requirements, and provide you with a quote or information relevant to your request. We do not use your enquiry details for unsolicited marketing.

We use Quote Tool Information to generate an indicative price range, to review and respond to your submission with an accurate final quote, and to send you a confirmation that your submission has been received. We do not use Quote Tool Information for unsolicited marketing.

We use Device Information to monitor website performance, understand how visitors interact with our site, and improve our content and user experience.

Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on VentraIP infrastructure located in Australia. Enquiry forms are processed through Contact Form 7, and form submissions are delivered directly to our email address.
