Vertex Manufacturing is a Perth-based custom manufacturing business specialising in 3D printing, laser cutting and engraving, resin printing, CAD design, and 3D scanning. Operating from Perth's northern suburbs, we work with individuals, businesses, engineers, and community organisations to deliver precise, practical manufacturing solutions.
Vertex Manufacturing began as 3D Prints Wanneroo, a small local 3D printing service focused on custom parts and personalised gifts. As our capabilities and client base expanded, the business evolved into a broader manufacturing operation, and Vertex Manufacturing was established to better reflect the range of services and the standard of work we deliver.
We approach every project as a problem to be solved. Whether the job is a single replacement part, a batch of custom items, or a prototype for a new product, the process is the same: understand the requirement, select the right method, and deliver an accurate result with clear communication throughout. We take pride in the quality of the finished product and the reliability of the process that produces it.
Our in-house equipment includes FDM 3D printing, resin (SLA) printing, CO2 and diode laser cutting and engraving, and professional 3D scanning. For projects requiring processes beyond our in-house capability, including CNC machining or injection moulding, we will support the full pathway from design through to final production.
We support a wide range of clients, from individuals needing a single custom part to businesses requiring short-run production, reverse engineering, or product development support. Our work spans industries including automotive, mining, engineering, creative arts, and community organisations.
